Job Description

A dynamic opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential behavioral support within a K-12 school setting. Situated in Ooltewah, TN, this full-time or part-time contract position offers an engaging environment to impact student growth through evidence-based behavioral interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide BCBA consultation and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and the behavioral team.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students with behavior-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with special education (SPED) teams to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Support diverse student populations to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Maintain regular communication with educators, families, and stakeholders to facilitate student progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid BCBA license in Tennessee is required.
  • Experience working within school programs, preferably K-12 environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and support behavior teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of special education regulations and IEP processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Position Details:

  • Location: Onsite in Ooltewah, TN
  • Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) or Part-time (20 hours/week)
  • Job Duration: Full school year contract
