Job Description
Make a direct impact in the educational community by supporting students and staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst! This contract position is based onsite near Ontario, CA, working across multiple schools within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The assignment runs from as soon as possible through June 10th, providing the perfect opportunity to apply your skills during the academic year. You'll work full-time, with 8.5-hour days and a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA license in California
- Previous experience in a school environment strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload at multiple campus sites
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to support evolving school needs
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional standards
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement behavior intervention strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed for ongoing success
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with school and professional guidelines
- Provide training and support on behavioral interventions to school staff when necessary
- Work onsite across multiple school locations as assigned
