A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Ontario, CA, working within multiple school settings beginning as soon as possible through June 10th. This contract position offers 8.5-hour workdays with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and involves supporting school-aged students across several schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educational staff to implement behavioral strategies and monitor student progress.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to guide interventions and ensure positive student outcomes.
- Participate in virtual panel interviews as part of the selection process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification, with licensure valid in California.
- Experience working in school environments preferred, with the ability to manage multiple caseloads.
- Ability to work independently, as supervision support (e.g., Para, RBT) is not provided.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to work within multidisciplinary teams across multiple schools.
Location:
- This role requires onsite presence within various school sites located in Ontario, California.
