Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in educational or pediatric settings
- Strong communication and consultation skills for engaging teachers, parents, and support staff
- Ability to conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans
- Collaborative mindset, with a passion for empowering students and staff
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess students behavioral needs and strengths
- Develop, monitor, and revise individualized behavior intervention plans
- Train and consult with educators, support staff, and families
- Gather and interpret behavioral data to inform progress and next steps
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute subject matter expertise
