Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Prior experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans within school settings
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze data
  • Collaborative approach, comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of applicable ethical and legal standards affecting student services

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students using assessments and observations to determine individual behavioral needs
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust customized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide training and consultation to teachers, support staff, and families on behavioral strategies and interventions
  • Collect and interpret data to measure program progress, refining supports as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school policies and federal/state regulations
  • Foster positive, empowering relationships with students, staff, and families
