Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseloads and documentation effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students, utilizing observation and data collection
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Train, guide, and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members to ensure fidelity of behavioral interventions
- Track student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insight for behavioral goals and strategies
- Maintain timely, accurate records in compliance with regulatory and district requirements
