Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents, ideally within educational or therapeutic settings
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Knowledge of data collection, behavioral assessments, and intervention planning
  • Familiarity with special education processes and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is preferred

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Work closely with teachers and staff to model interventions and provide training on behavioral strategies
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Support students, using evidence-based interventions and ongoing monitoring
  • Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure goals and services align with best practices
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families, offering guidance and solutions for a range of behavioral needs
