Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Lead and model data-driven decision making for instructional staff
  • Provide staff training and ongoing consultation on behavioral supports and interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
  • Monitor student progress and update documentation regularly
