Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Lead and model data-driven decision making for instructional staff
- Provide staff training and ongoing consultation on behavioral supports and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Monitor student progress and update documentation regularly
