Qualifications & Skills:
- Active BCBA certification required

- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and FBAs for students
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs in collaboration with educational teams
- Provide training, support, and consultation to school staff regarding behavior management strategies
- Collect and analyze data to ensure effective intervention outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines and regulations
