In this contract position, youll collaborate with educators and families to provide meaningful behavioral interventions and strategies so that every student has the opportunity to thrive.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Prior experience working within educational settings, especially K12 populations
- Proficiency in behavior assessment, data analysis, and intervention development
- Strong communication skills to effectively consult with teachers, staff, and parents
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
- Organized, adaptable, and passionate about helping students reach their fullest potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze student data
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing consultation, coaching, and training for school staff and families
- Collaborate with IEP teams and contribute to the development of student support plans
- Collect and document progress notes, assessments, and compliance paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Stay current with best practices in ABA and apply evidence-based strategies in the classroom
