Desired Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Prior experience working within educational settings, especially K12 populations
• Proficiency in behavior assessment, data analysis, and intervention development
• Strong communication skills to effectively consult with teachers, staff, and parents
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
• Organized, adaptable, and passionate about helping students reach their fullest potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze student data
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing consultation, coaching, and training for school staff and families
• Collaborate with IEP teams and contribute to the development of student support plans
• Collect and document progress notes, assessments, and compliance paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Stay current with best practices in ABA and apply evidence-based strategies in the classroom
