Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience delivering behavioral assessment and intervention in school settings
- Proven ability to create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based multidisciplinary teams is preferred
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop evidence-based BIPs
- Provide consultation, coaching, and direct support to teachers, staff, and families
- Monitor and analyze student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and administrators
- Deliver staff training on ABA techniques and best practices
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance with school, regional, and regulatory guidelines
