Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required

• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based multidisciplinary teams is preferred
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and data collection

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop evidence-based BIPs
• Provide consultation, coaching, and direct support to teachers, staff, and families
• Monitor and analyze student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
