Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Previous work with children or adolescents in educational environments preferred
- In-depth knowledge of behavior analytic methodologies, including data collection and analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to train, consult, and partner with staff and families
- Ability to design tailored interventions and monitor outcomes for students with a range of needs
What Youll Do:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create data-driven treatment plans
- Provide direct and consultative support to teachers and paraprofessionals regarding behavioral interventions
- Train staff on implementing behavioral strategies, data tracking, and crisis intervention techniques
- Collaborate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in team meetings
- Monitor student progress, update documentation, and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal support
- Communicate with caregivers, offering updates and guidance tailored to each students needs
