Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work onsite in the San Francisco area for a temporary assignment covering maternity leaves during the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position runs from August 5, 2026, through November 20, 2026, and offers full-time hours across two open positions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA credential in good standing
  • Valid California license/credential authorizing practice as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Experience providing behavioral services within a school or educational setting preferred
  • Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered behavioral analysis
  • Availability to work onsite exclusively throughout the contract period

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support student success
  • Provide consultation, modeling, and training on behavior strategies to school staff
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and observation
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with school, district, and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
  • Support a positive, inclusive educational environment for students with diverse needs
