Seeking a licensed BCBA to provide full-time support in an educational setting located in OFallon, MO. This contract position involves working onsite with K-12 students, offering an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis within a school environment.
Responsibilities include supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). The role requires managing a caseload at one location, with two separate openings available at two different school sites. The schedule is full-time, with 37.5 to 40 hours per week, year-round.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Missouri BCBA license is essential.
- Experience working within K-12 educational settings.
- Strong skills in supervising RBTs and behavior management.
- Proficient in conducting FBAs and designing effective BIPs.
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and families to support student success.
