Job Description
An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide comprehensive behavioral services in a K-12 school setting located in OFallon, MO. This full-time, year-round contract role involves direct service delivery and supervisory responsibilities, designed for professionals licensed in Missouri.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavior analytic services across the K-12 age range
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality implementation of interventions
- Develop and implement Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Manage caseload at one designated location (two separate locations have openings)
- Collaborate with educational staff to support student progress and behavioral goals
Qualifications:
- Current Missouri BCBA licensure is required
- Experience in school-based behavioral services preferred
- Ability to work onsite and engage with a full-time schedule of approximately 37.5 to 40 hours per week
- Strong skills in conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and supervising RBTs
