As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in this full-time contract role, youll have the rewarding opportunity to collaborate with educators and support students in achieving their fullest potential.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and active Maryland licensure
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, ideally K-12
- Knowledge of ABA methodologies and best practices
- Strong ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and consultative skills
- Adaptability to work within a specialized educational setting
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students with diverse learning needs
- Design and monitor evidence-based behavioral interventions and supports
- Train and collaborate with teachers, aides, and related service providers
- Collect and analyze data to inform decisions and adapt strategies
- Serve as a resource for families and staff on behavioral supports and positive reinforcement techniques
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
