As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in this full-time contract role, youll have the rewarding opportunity to collaborate with educators and support students in achieving their fullest potential.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and active Maryland licensure
• Prior experience working with school-aged children, ideally K-12
• Knowledge of ABA methodologies and best practices
• Strong ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and consultative skills
• Adaptability to work within a specialized educational setting

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students with diverse learning needs
• Design and monitor evidence-based behavioral interventions and supports
• Train and collaborate with teachers, aides, and related service providers
• Collect and analyze data to inform decisions and adapt strategies
• Serve as a resource for families and staff on behavioral supports and positive reinforcement techniques
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
