An exciting opportunity awaits a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful difference within a vibrant educational setting for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract position spans August through June, working Monday through Friday, with a weekly schedule of 3537.5 hours. The role focuses on supporting a diverse K-12 student caseload, fostering positive behavioral change, collaboration, and student growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience as a BCBA in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with designing and implementing behavioral interventions for K-12 students
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Guide and support school staff in implementing Positive Behavior Support strategies
- Train, supervise, and provide feedback to paraprofessionals and other support staff
- Monitor student progress, collect and interpret behavioral data, and adjust interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of behavior goals for students
- Serve as a resource for behavior management best practices and crisis intervention when needed
