Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from preK through 8th grade as an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Collaborate with dedicated educators in a vibrant learning environment close to Norwich, CT, helping transform the lives of young learners during their summer session.

You'll work 22.5 hours per week, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, providing behavioral support and guidance for a diverse caseload. This contract runs from July 7th through July 30thenjoy all Fridays off while making a meaningful impact each day youre onsite.

Your Qualifications:

  • Current and active BCBA certification and relevant license
  • Experience working with preK8th grade students in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to design and implement effective behavioral intervention plans
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all students

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct student assessments and develop tailored behavioral intervention plans
  • Work directly with students, staff, and families to promote positive behavioral changes
  • Document progress and provide ongoing support in a collaborative team setting
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student IEPs
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and paraprofessionals regarding behavioral strategies
