Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and implementing behavior intervention plans in school settings
  • Previous work with students K-12, especially those with ED, ASD, ADHD, ODD, and LD
  • Strong collaboration skills with school teams, parents, and other providers
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable with flexible caseloads (approx. 15-35 students)

  • Consult with educators, staff, and families on best practices
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor plan effectiveness
