What Youll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret results to develop targeted intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative services to support students and staff
- Train and guide school personnel in behavior management techniques and strategies
- Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing decisions and modification of student programming
- Serve as a resource to families, offering education and support
