A contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work within a school setting in Norwalk, CT. This role involves providing behavioral support and intervention services to students, collaborating with educators, and developing individualized plans to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Provide training and support to school staff and families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience in school-based behavioral services
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
