- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working in K-12 schools or with school-aged children preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and program evaluation
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop individualized behavior intervention plans

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and design effective intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents to provide training and support
- Monitor student progress, collect and analyze behavioral data, and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student support
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral services in classroom and individual settings
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines related to behavioral services
