Qualifications and Experience:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • Proven experience working with children or adolescents in a school, clinical, or community setting
  • Strong understanding of developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and reporting on student progress
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to adapt interventions and strategies to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to determine students needs
  • Design, oversee, and monitor effective behavior plans tailored to each student
  • Work closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to deliver targeted support
  • Train and support school staff in implementing behavior plans and interventions
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, adhering to district and legal requirements
  • Participate in student support and IEP meetings as needed
