A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support within a school setting in Northborough, MA. This role focuses on applying behavior analysis to develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans to support students' academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to each student
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure effective implementation of interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed based on data analysis
- Provide training and coaching to school personnel on behavior management strategies
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services and outcomes
