This contract opportunity, based near Newport, NH, offers a flexible one-day-a-week schedule for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide dedicated BCBA services throughout the 2026-2027 school year. You'll play an essential role in empowering students and educators through expertise in behavior analysis and tailored support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active NH licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Demonstrated experience providing BCBA services to students, particularly those with selective mutism
  • Strong ability to create, implement, and monitor behavioral plans
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficient in conducting assessments and producing clear, actionable documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver approximately six hours of direct student services per week for three students, plus additional time for meetings and administrative documentation
  • Assess, design, and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Consult with school staff and parents to support student progress and address behavioral needs
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP planning, and provide expert recommendations
  • Maintain diligent records and ensure fidelity to all procedural and ethical guidelines
