Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support within a school setting in Newbury, MA. This contract position offers an opportunity to apply your specialized skills to enhance student learning and development through tailored behavioral interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to implement and monitor behavior strategies.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to school staff to promote consistency and effectiveness in interventions.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs).

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children in a school or educational environment.
