As a BCBA working 35 hours each week, your expertise will shape student outcomes by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and implementing evidence-based interventions. Utilize your skills to assess, design, and oversee behavioral programs tailored for students across a diverse caseload, helping them build essential skills for lifelong success.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current and active BCBA certification and New Jersey licensure
- Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and progress reporting
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and compassion for K-12 students with varying abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses
- Design, implement, and supervise individualized behavioral intervention plans
- Coach and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
- Collect and analyze behavioral data, adjusting plans as needed
- Maintain detailed records and prepare progress reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and parent conferences
