Desired Qualifications:

  • Current and active BCBA certification and New Jersey licensure
  • Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans in school settings preferred
  • Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and progress reporting
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to ethical practice and compassion for K-12 students with varying abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses
  • Design, implement, and supervise individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Coach and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data, adjusting plans as needed
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare progress reports
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and parent conferences
