This opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support within a K-12 school setting. The position is based onsite in Newark, NJ, offering a contract through the current school year. The role involves delivering services to students with diverse needs, ensuring effective behavior interventions and promoting positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students
• Analyze student behavior data to inform treatment decisions
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide recommendations
• Monitor and adjust interventions to maximize student progress

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA license and certification in New Jersey required
• Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention development, and data analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
