Job Description

Make an incredible impact supporting elementary students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in an engaging school environment. This part-time contract position offers the opportunity to work 25 hours per week with students in grades 1-4, helping them grow and succeed academically and socially. Youll play a meaningful role in shaping positive behaviors and collaborating with dedicated educators near the Newark, NJ area.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and current BCBA certification required
  • Prior experience working with elementary-aged students
  • Background supporting children with mild to moderate disabilities preferred
  • Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions in school settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and create individualized intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative services for students with varying needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform instruction
  • Ensure compliance with all student IEP goals and school/district protocols
  • Supervise RBT staff supporting implementation of interventions as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.00 to $70.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
