Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active New Jersey BCBA license and current certification
  • Masters degree in an applicable field
  • Proven experience or enthusiasm for working with K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans for students across the K-12 spectrum
  • Train and support staff and educators in implementing behavioral strategies and best practices
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student progress
  • Analyze student data, monitor progress, and recommend plan adjustments as needed
  • Provide onsite guidance to ensure interventions are effective and students are supported
