Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active New Jersey BCBA license and current certification
- Masters degree in an applicable field
- Proven experience or enthusiasm for working with K-12 students
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to data-driven, evidence-based practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans for students across the K-12 spectrum
- Train and support staff and educators in implementing behavioral strategies and best practices
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student progress
- Analyze student data, monitor progress, and recommend plan adjustments as needed
- Provide onsite guidance to ensure interventions are effective and students are supported
