Job Description
A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available in an onsite K-12 school setting located in Newark, NJ. This is a contract role for the remainder of the school year, offering the opportunity to work directly with students across all grade levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in behavior analysis within educational environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and develop behavior intervention plans for K-12 students
- Conduct assessments and data collection to inform individualized student programs
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies
- Monitor and adjust interventions to maximize student progress
- Maintain all documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and school policies
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a related field
- Valid New Jersey license and certification as a BCBA
- Proven experience working with school-aged children through K-12
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time, 35-40 hours per week
