Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 learners as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a dynamic school environment near Newark, NJ. In this full-time contract position, you'll work onsite across multiple schools located conveniently within close proximity. The assignment runs from September 2, 2025, through June 26, 2026, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:15AM-3:15PM or 3:05PM, totaling 35 hours per week.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Current BCBA certification with active license
- Demonstrated strength in school-based settings
- Previous experience working with K-12 students on the autism spectrum
- Ability to conduct both testing and evaluations thoroughly and efficiently
- Comfortable traveling between schools within the district; reliable transportation required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality behavioral assessments, testing, and evaluations for K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
- Consult and collaborate proactively with teachers, support staff, and families
- Travel between schools within the district as assigned
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with school and state standards
