Job Description

A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in school-based services. This contract position involves working onsite in Newark, NJ, with a K-12 caseload across multiple nearby schools. The role requires expertise in autism, strong skills in conducting both testing and evaluations, and experience navigating school environments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive testing and evaluations for students with autism
  • Provide direct behavioral interventions and supports for a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Collaborate with school teams and district support personnel
  • Manage caseload across multiple schools located within close proximity
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification is required
  • Demonstrated strong school-based experience within K-12 educational settings
  • Proven experience working with students on the autism spectrum
  • Ability to perform both testing and evaluations proficiently
  • Reliable transportation to travel between schools during the workday

Work Details:

  • Full-time contract, 35 hours per week
  • Typical work hours from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM or until 3:05 PM
  • Contract dates from September 2, 2025, through June 26, 2026
  • Onsite position based in Newark, NJ
