Job Description

Make a meaningful impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst by supporting students with moderate to severe cognitive needs in an engaging Early Years Program. This contract opportunity is offered onsite, providing comprehensive behavioral services to young learners and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

This role begins as soon as possible and extends through June 12, 2026, with the option to participate in specialized summer programming. The summer schedule features professional development days in late June and a concentrated four-week in-service period through July and early August. During the academic year, youll enjoy a consistent, full-time schedule supportively guided by a dedicated educational staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Delaware BCBA license (required)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Proficiency in early childhood intervention and/or work with intensive needs populations
  • Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative educational environment
  • Experience managing and supporting early years learners with behavioral needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral plans for students
  • Conduct assessments and collect data to inform interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members
  • Engage in summer programming as part of the Early Years Program
