Job Description

Make an impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a dynamic K8 program designed for students with moderate to severe cognitive abilities. This full-time, on-site contract position is an excellent opportunity for a professional energized by direct student support and program development in a collaborative educational setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Delaware BCBA licensure required
  • Strong preference for previous experience in school-based settings
  • Demonstrated expertise with students exhibiting moderate to severe cognitive impairments
  • Proficient in behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and data-driven decision making
  • Adept at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, paraprofessionals, and related services staff

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver behavioral oversight and direct behavior analytic services within the Meadowood Program (K8)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral plans
  • Provide training, consultation, and ongoing support to school staff and families
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and use evidence-based interventions
  • Collect and analyze student data to inform behavioral strategies
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with the special education team

Role Details:

  • Full-time (37.5 hours/week), MondayFriday, 8:45 AM 4:15 PM
  • Contract period through June 2026
  • Position is entirely on-site
