Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Previous experience providing behavioral services in educational environments preferred
  • Familiarity with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities for collaboration and documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents
  • Passion for supporting the needs of children and adolescents

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify students behavioral challenges and strengths
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
  • Provide direct support, modeling, and training for school personnel and families
  • Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and measure progress
  • Monitor and revise intervention plans for continued effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
  • Contribute to IEP meetings as needed and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
