Job Description
Make a positive impact in the school setting by guiding students and staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This contract opportunity offers the chance to work closely with educators and families to develop and implement evidence-based strategies that promote student growth and success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Previous experience providing behavioral services in educational environments preferred
- Familiarity with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities for collaboration and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents
- Passion for supporting the needs of children and adolescents
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students behavioral challenges and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
- Provide direct support, modeling, and training for school personnel and families
- Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and measure progress
- Monitor and revise intervention plans for continued effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
- Contribute to IEP meetings as needed and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
