Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based behavioral interventions and ABA methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Comfortable providing training and guidance to teachers and support staff
  • Collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs
  • Provide direct and consultative support for students with diverse behavioral needs
  • Train and coach classroom staff in behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (teachers, counselors, parents, other specialists) to promote student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings as needed
