This contract opportunity involves providing expertise within a specialized program designed to deliver intensive therapeutic and special education services in a structured, inclusive environment. The position is full-time and based at a middle school, with collaboration and mentorship opportunities available before the primary BCBA goes on leave in December. Start as soon as possible and enjoy the opportunity to shadow and learn before taking the lead.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure required
• Prior experience working within school-based or pediatric behavioral health settings preferred
• Familiarity with students who have emotional, behavioral, or social challenges
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with strong organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver functional behavioral assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and track measurable outcomes
• Support the Pyramid Program, offering comprehensive behavioral strategies and direct service to students with intensive needs in a small, structured classroom setting within the broader school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families, facilitating ongoing team meetings and training as needed
• Participate in student support and consultation, IEP development, and data-based decision making
• Attend or lead after-school meetings when required
• Contribute to positive school climate and inclusive practices
