This contract opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) passionate about supporting K-12 students in an educational setting. Located in Bridgeport, CT, this role offers the chance to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team within a district environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Provide supervision and guidance to 1:1 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with a team of approximately five other BCBAs to deliver consistent and effective behavioral support across the district
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed to promote positive outcomes
Qualifications:
- Valid Connecticut Board Certified Behavior Analyst (CT BCBA) certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
- Experience working with school-age children from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with district staff and families
Position Details:
- Contract role based in Bridgeport, CT
- 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Caseload coverage across the district with varied student needs
