An exciting contract opportunity is now available for a behavior analyst passionate about supporting children with moderate to severe cognitive needs. This onsite position serves young learners in a specialized early years program, offering dedicated hours and the opportunity to make a lasting impact. The assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through June 12, 2026, including participation in the Early Years Program summer session.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Delaware BCBA license required
- Experience working in schools is highly preferred
- Background with early childhood populations and/or students with intensive needs
- Willingness to work fully onsite in an Early Years Program setting
- Strong collaborative and behavioral expertise
- Reliable transportation to the Warner Site
Role Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site behavioral assessment and intervention for students with cognitive and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create and implement individualized plans
- Participate in professional development and in-service training, as scheduled
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and actively monitor progress
- Engage fully onsite for scheduled school year hours (9:00 AM 4:00 PM, 37.5 hours per week)
- Support summer programming: Professional Development Days (8:00 AM 3:30 PM) and In-Service (Monday Thursday, 8:30 AM 2:00 PM)
