Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification and CT licensure required
- Experience implementing behavior intervention plans in educational settings
- Strong skills in conducting functional behavior assessments
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Capacity to manage a varied caseload and document progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to instructional teams and families
- Conduct assessments and collect data to measure student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decisions
- Maintain up-to-date records and thorough documentation for each student
- Serve as a resource for best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis
