Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based opportunity in New Braunfels, Texas. This role is consultative in nature and will focus on supporting special education staff working directly with a student.

Position Details
Location: New Braunfels, TX
Schedule: Part-Time
Setting: School-Based
Caseload: One student support team

Responsibilities
Provide consultative BCBA services to two certified Special Education Teachers supporting one student
Offer behavioral strategies, guidance, and training to staff members
Assist with development and implementation of behavior intervention plans
Monitor effectiveness of interventions and provide recommendations for adjustments
Collaborate with district staff and maintain appropriate documentation

Qualifications
Active BCBA certification required
Must meet Texas State licensure requirements to work in school settings
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong collaboration, communication, and training skills
