Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Previous experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong data analysis, assessment, and documentation skills
  • Effective communication abilities for collaborating with educators, support staff, administrators, and families
  • Ability to provide training and mentorship to school personnel on behavioral strategies
  • Adaptable mindset and commitment to advancing each students success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Train teachers and paraprofessionals in implementing evidence-based interventions and data collection procedures
  • Consult regularly with school staff and participate in IEP and team meetings
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data, adjusting plans for optimal student outcomes
  • Advocate for the implementation of positive behavioral supports campus-wide
