In this role, you will:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and analyze data to inform intervention strategies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent application of behavioral supports.
• Provide ongoing training and professional development for school staff regarding behavior management best practices.
• Stay current on evidence-based interventions and adjust methodologies as needed to meet student goals.
• Deliver direct support to students, including observation, modeling, and feedback.
• Document all behavioral interventions and progress in accordance with school and regulatory standards.

Desired qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings and supporting diverse student populations.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and best practices in positive behavioral supports.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfortable facilitating team meetings and providing consultative services to staff.
