Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in a school setting strongly preferred
- Skilled in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Ability to train, guide, and support staff and families on behavior strategies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering positive change and supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide on-site consultation and support to teachers and school staff, ensuring successful implementation of BIPs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address students behavioral, social, and academic needs
- Offer training sessions for staff on best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection, and behavior management strategies
- Monitor student progress through regularly scheduled observations and data review, making recommendations for adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting aligned with school and regulatory requirements
