Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • IDFPR certification required
  • No PEL needed
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to organize, analyze data, and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support behavior change and student achievement
  • Deliver direct and consultative services onsite, observing student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
  • Provide ongoing staff training and support on data collection and behavior management strategies
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with district and state regulations
