Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Eligible for IDFPR; PEL is not necessary
- Experience working in school or educational settings preferred

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students
- Work collaboratively with educators, aides, and related service providers to support individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide training and guidance to school staff and families on behavioral strategies and best practices
- Collect, analyze, and report data to monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant ethical and regulatory guidelines
