Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- IDFPR certification required
- No PEL needed
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to organize, analyze data, and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support behavior change and student achievement
- Deliver direct and consultative services onsite, observing student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
- Provide ongoing staff training and support on data collection and behavior management strategies
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with district and state regulations
