Key Qualifications:
- Active Illinois BCBA certification required
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred

- Ability to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster positive student outcomes
- Deliver training and support to educational teams to ensure fidelity of behavioral strategies
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for each student on the caseload
- Regularly monitor and analyze student progress, making recommendations for program modifications as needed
