Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans
  • Strong assessment, observation, and data collection skills
  • Effective collaborator with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Knowledge of current best practices in ABA and special education
  • Comfortable working across varied grade levels and with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and school teams
  • Offer training and support to school staff on strategies and evidence-based interventions
  • Monitor progress, collect data, and modify plans as needed to ensure student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, sharing expertise and advocating for students needs
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create positive learning environments
  • Maintain thorough records according to school policies and state/federal requirements
