Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, active and in good standing
- Experience working with children or adolescents in school, clinic, or community settings
- Strong analytical skills to develop, monitor, and modify behavior intervention plans
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Effective communication for collaboration with staff, families, and students
- Commitment to ethical and culturally responsive practice
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or closely related field preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide training and ongoing support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
- Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and plan adjustments
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise in behavioral supports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote best outcomes for each student
- Stay current on industry best practices and professional development
