Step into a rewarding contract role providing critical support as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst within a thriving school community. As a dedicated professional, you will be instrumental in assessing and evaluating students who require behavior-related assistance while collaborating closely with the RBT/Behavioral team. This is an onsite, full-time opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year, working 37.5 hours per week at a single location.
Your expertise will be central to supporting diverse student populations, guiding the implementation of IEP plans, and collaborating seamlessly with the special education team. Additionally, youll offer vital supervision and mentorship to the districts behavioral staff, helping shape a positive environment where every student can succeed.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license for California
- California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential
- Experience delivering BCBA support and supervising behavioral health teams
- Proficiency in conducting behavioral assessments, providing evaluations, and developing effective interventions
- Knowledge and experience with IEP plans, SEIS, IDEA, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
- Outstanding communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Strong commitment to supporting students in diverse and inclusive settings
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading behavioral assessments and evaluations
- Supervising and providing guidance to the RBT/Behavioral team
- Contributing to IEP meetings and collaborating with the SPED department
- Developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans
- Supporting staff training and professional development in evidence-based practices
- Ensuring compliance with state and district protocols
