Desired Qualifications:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • Demonstrated experience working in school settings, preferably supporting students with a variety of behavioral and social-emotional needs
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and data-driven assessment methods
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, school staff, and families
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide intervention strategies and track student progress
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings as a behavioral expert
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ensure interventions are compliant with all relevant regulations and policies
