Desired Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Demonstrated experience working in school settings, preferably supporting students with a variety of behavioral and social-emotional needs
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and data-driven assessment methods
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, school staff, and families
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt strategies and plans to the unique needs of each student
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses within the school environment
- Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate individualized behavior intervention plans
- Train and support school staff and families on behavioral interventions and best practices
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide intervention strategies and track student progress
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings as a behavioral expert
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure interventions are compliant with all relevant regulations and policies
