Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Demonstrated experience providing behavioral assessments and intervention in educational settings

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) tailored for student needs
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify target behaviors and intervention strategies
- Provide training and guidance to school staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques
- Monitor student progress through data collection, regular evaluation, and adjustment of plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on behavioral goals and supports
- Offer direct support and consultation to ensure generalization and maintenance of positive behaviors within the school environment
