Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Oversee the implementation of ABA-based strategies to address student behavioral challenges and promote positive outcomes
  • Provide training, consultation, and ongoing support to teachers, staff, and families regarding behavioral programs and interventions
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to inform program modifications and progress monitoring
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise to collaborative team discussions
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and independence
