Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and ABA methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Oversee the implementation of ABA-based strategies to address student behavioral challenges and promote positive outcomes
- Provide training, consultation, and ongoing support to teachers, staff, and families regarding behavioral programs and interventions
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to inform program modifications and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise to collaborative team discussions
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and independence
