Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Hands-on experience working with school-aged children, preferably within Pre-K12 settings
- Strong understanding of creating, implementing, and evaluating positive behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and educational teams
- Commitment to providing in-person support and consultation
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior intervention strategies for a diverse student caseload
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and gather data to inform best practices
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
- Provide training and support to staff to ensure consistency in interventions
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in line with district and state requirements
