Job Description
A contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support in a K-12 school setting located in Monrovia, CA. This role requires delivering behavior intervention services tailored to meet the needs of students, promoting positive behavioral changes that enhance their educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans aligned with student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement and monitor behavior strategies.
- Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collect and analyze data to measure student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and school policies.
Qualifications:
- National certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
