Key Qualifications:
- Active National Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proven experience working within K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong background in developing, implementing, and evaluating behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment
- Commitment to ethical and culturally responsive practices
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Provide consultation to teachers, school staff, and parents
- Oversee and support registered behavior technicians or paraprofessionals as needed
- Monitor student progress, adjust plans as necessary, and prepare clear documentation
- Deliver professional development and training to school staff on behavioral strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student intervention planning
