Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required

• Clinical Director experience is a strong plus
• Ability to create, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in supervising and mentoring clinical staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee the effective implementation of behavioral interventions
• Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians and other team members
• Serve as a resource for clinical best practices and professional development
• Coordinate with families and educational teams to support student progress
