Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• North Carolina BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working in clinics or schools preferred
• Clinical Director background is highly desirable
• Strong ability to collaborate with both clinical and educational staff
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavioral programs
• Provide mentorship and guidance to BCBA staff and RBTs
• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses
• Consult regularly with educators, therapists, and families
• Oversee data collection and ensure fidelity of program implementation
• Contribute to ongoing program development and staff training
