Providing comprehensive behavioral support to students in a dynamic school setting, this full-time role is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) holding a valid California certification. The position is based onsite in Modesto, CA, with responsibilities involving direct service delivery, development and implementation of behavioral plans, and collaboration with staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to promote effective intervention strategies.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid California BCBA certification is essential.
- Experience in delivering direct behavioral services and creating behavior intervention plans.
- Ability to guide and assist staff, including RBT supervision.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively within a school environment.
Location:

- This role requires travel to assigned schools within the area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral services to students.
