Desired Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in California
- Experience delivering direct ABA services in educational settings preferred
- Ability to craft and implement behavioral plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfort guiding and collaborating with RBTs and school staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral services to students
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide guidance and support to school staff and registered behavior technicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams to enhance student outcomes
