A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available at a school setting in Modesto, CA. This onsite position offers the chance to provide direct behavioral services and support within an educational environment, focusing on developing and implementing behavioral plans, collaborating with staff, and guiding Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct behavioral interventions to students
- Designing and executing individualized behavioral plans
- Assisting school staff in behavioral strategies and supports
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs to ensure effective service delivery
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
Qualifications:
- Valid California BCBA certification is required

- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseloads and serve diverse student populations
