Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid BCBA certification in California
- Previous experience within school settings preferred
- Strong skills in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Proven track record of mentoring and supporting staff and RBTs
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary educational team
What Youll Do:
- Deliver direct behavioral services to students onsite
- Develop comprehensive behavioral plans tailored to individual student needs
- Train and support staff and RBTs to ensure consistent implementation of strategies
- Maintain accurate records, collect data, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and support teams to align practices
