Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Able to manage caseloads of up to 3540 students, focusing on setting 4 populations
  • Skilled in conducting FBAs, creating/monitoring behavior intervention plans, and supporting multidisciplinary teams
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and confident working across multiple classrooms and two elementary buildings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead behavioral support for multiple classrooms (caseload of 3540 students)
  • Complete functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and related paperwork
  • Facilitate team debriefings and provide guidance to classroom staff
  • Implement, monitor, and refine individualized behavioral plans
  • Partner with educators and leadership to foster positive student outcomes
