Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA/BCBA) in the Minneapolis, MN area. This onsite role offers the chance to positively impact students academic, social, and behavioral growth within a supportive school team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.
- Train and supervise RBTs, paraprofessionals, and staff.
- Implement evidence-based interventions with students.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust strategies.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Adherence to BACB ethical standards and continuing education requirements.
